How to use


To make moringa tea you will need dried moringa tea leaves and freshly boiled water. Use about 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of water. Steep in water for about 5 minutes, strain and drink. You can add sweetener or honey if needed (ginger and turmeric are also great additions).


In Cooking

Moringa leaves make a great addition to soups and stews like our Slow Cooker Creamy Lentil Soup or Onion, Kale, Chickpea, and Chicken Soup. But they can also be kneaded into dough for flatbreads, or braised with spices and aromatics for a healthy side dish. You can also add moringa to smoothies as an energy booster.
